A naanza is simply a gourmet personal pizza that uses naan bread instead of pizza dough! If you’ve never had naan, it is frequently paired with Indian food. The flatbread which is made in a clay oven called a tandoori, is almost similar in appearance to pita bread and it originates from Mesopotamia, ancient Egypt, and the Indian subcontinent.
