This IPA uses a single hop varietal: Galaxy. Coming from Australia, Galaxy hops are known for their lush aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and guava. Pale yellow with a white head, those fruity aromas burst forth from the beer, which is firmly bittered and finishes on the drier side.
