Every fall, hops ready for brewing are harvested off the vine and taken to drying kilns, where they are dried, processed, and shipped off to be used. In celebration of this harvest, we’ve skipped the kiln and taken Cascade, Chinook, and Comet hops directly from the hop farm straight to our brewhouse.
Bright, fresh, green grassy notes prevail, with citrus and dank notes supporting it. Here’s to hops!
